Toshiba guarantees the materials and/or equipment herein described against defects in material or workmanship, under normal use and service, for 12 calendar months from the date of installation plus additional 3 months after this online registration.
This Warranty does not cover:
Filters strainers, driers, belts, plastic items, glass, refrigerant or parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, corrosion or erosion.
Failure or defect due to acts of God, accident, misuse or abuse.
Failure or defect due to deviation from the recommended application, system design, installation of a new part and any service maintenance.
Labor cost involved in removing defective parts and/or installation of a new part and any service maintenance.
Toshiba will not be responsible for any losses, damages, loss of profit and expenses arising in consequence of its repair and replacement of any detective component under this warranty whatsoever.
The warranty registration must be completed online within 14 days of installation. If you do not receive a Warranty Acknowledgement Letter within 7 days, please call Customer Service Hotline at 6567 5337.
The Warranty Acknowledgement Letter or proof of purchase (e.g. invoice) must be produced for warranty claims.
This warranty shall be rendered null and void if:
Any alteration or amendment is made to Warranty Acknowledgement Letter.
Any unauthorized repair, alteration or modification carried out on the unit.
The failure was due to lack of maintenance.
Compressor extension warranty is 48 months, excluding from an additional 3 months, labor cost and is subject to equipment model.
This warranty is only valid in Singapore.
